Connecting Bali Process members
The RSO holds an Members' Engagement Function in Bangkok, Thailand (where the RSO office is based) and an Members' Engagement Function in a different Bali Process Member State capital city each year, to support Bali Process members, regional actors and government officials from the host city to forge new connections, engage in dialogue and embed relationships.

RSO 2025 Members' Engagement Function Bangkok, Thailand
The RSO Members’ Engagement Function brought together members of the diplomatic corps, along with International Organisations, regional partners, Royal Thai Government officials, and Bali Process and RSO stakeholders based in Bangkok, for an evening of networking and dialogue on the 25 February. The event also included senior official government representatives from Bali Process Member and Observer States who were in Bangkok for the Third RSO Constructive Dialogue.
