SUMMARY:Training Workshop on Protection-Sensitive Border Management and Screening and Referral of Vulnerable Migrants
DESCRIPTION:Building on the 2023 RSO-led training workshop in Aceh\, Indonesia\, this training workshop aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of frontline officials from Indonesia and Malaysia in detecting and responding to trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants. The workshop will support participants to understand legal frameworks and protections in place\, to recognise and identify signs of those who may be in a vulnerable situation\, enhance confidence in screening and referral processes\, and enhance confidence in interagency cooperation.
