Salma is a Diplomat (Attache) from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate of Multilateral Cooperation and joined the RSO as a Secondee in October 2023. She worked in the Communications, Capability, and Enquiry team and supports the planning and delivery of RSO workshops, capacity building activities and wider meetings relating to Trafficking in Persons.

As a secondee she played an important role in fostering RSO community engagement, particularly with Indonesian stakeholders. Back in Indonesia, she mainly handled issues related to transnational organised crimes.
