Baskoro Dwi Prabowo is an immigration professional with extensive experience in immigration governance, border management, intelligence analysis and coordination, and the prevention of transnational organised crime. He has been actively involved in strengthening immigration control, international cooperation, and cross-border law enforcement efforts, particularly in addressing trafficking in persons, people smuggling, document fraud, and other immigration-related crimes.
Baskoro is Coordinator for Intelligence and Strategy of the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia, where he formulates immigration intelligence analysis, inter-agency coordination in combating irregular migration and transnational criminal networks as well as international migration cooperation frameworks, particularly within the context of regional border security and migration management.
His work experience also extends to his tenure as the Assistant to Immigration Consul at Indonesian Consulate in Hong Kong (2011-2014), Assistant Deputy Director for Immigration Cooperation with Foreign National Missions (2017-2021), Head of Travel Document and Stay Permit in Bali (2021-2023) and Head of Intelligence and Enforcement of Central Sulawesi Regional Office (2023-2024). His work reflects a commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, enhancing regional cooperation, and supporting secure and orderly migration management in Indonesia and wider region.
