RILON Maritime People Smuggling Response Group Induction Meeting
March 31 - April 1
The RSO will convene an induction meeting for all RILON secondees from Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Timor-Leste, who will come together to form the RILON Maritime People Smuggling Response Group. This meeting will discuss and agree upon a Terms of Reference and workplan of activities that the RILON secondment group will undertake in support of the Bali Process’ efforts to counter maritime people smuggling and irregular migration. Secondees will also participate in a range of team building activities and capacity-building sessions with a focus on information sharing and leadership.
