The RSO Capability Development Approach
The RSO Capability Development Approach seeks to address priorities identified in the Adelaide Strategy for Cooperation through initiatives that enhance impact in order to contribute to change: Educational (knowledge sharing and building connections), Operational (frontline training and skills) and Institutional (policies and legislation).
The work of the RSO is driven by a holistic approach to programming that connects insights and analysis reporting, research, dialogue, policy development, training, information sharing and networking and engagement.
Operational Capacity Building
The RSO works with regional partners to support the knowledge and skills development of operational personnel across the Bali Process membership through regional and national training workshops and online learning.
