The Fifth RSO Constructive Dialogue

The Constructive Dialogue is the flagship event and annual meeting of the RSO, bringing together senior officials, diplomats and technical attachés for two days of dialogue and knowledge exchange.
The Fifth RSO Constructive Dialogue will be themed: Marking 25 Years of the Bali Process: Partnerships and the Future of Regional Cooperation. Member States will be invited to share how national and regional partnerships are strengthening efforts to counter people smuggling, trafficking in persons and related transnational crime, and to identify opportunities to build on them further.
