Fourth RSO Constructive Dialogue

The Fourth RSO Constructive Dialogue will bring together senior government officials, diplomats, attachés, and representatives from Bali Process Member and Observer States and Organisations whose roles support international cooperation on refugee protection and international migration. Delegates will review progress and share promising practices relating to countering people smuggling, trafficking in persons and related transnational crime. Delegates will be invited to consider progress made against the Adelaide Strategy for Cooperation and against collective efforts outlined at the Third Constructive Dialogue, and priority challenges and opportunities identified by frontline officers at the Border Forum – the RSO’s flagship capability development event.
