Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Associate Programme Officer will support event coordination and implementation, research and reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role covers procurement and records support, data entry for monitoring and evaluation activities, and contributing to consultations, correspondence, and outreach content— helping ensure RSO’s programme delivery remains well-organised and responsive to Member State and partner needs.
