Reporting to the RSO Co-Managers, the Consultant will become an integral part of the RSO’s leadership team with the responsibility of leading the RSO’s Border Management, Transnational Crime and Trafficking in Persons Unit providing program and project oversight, strategic leadership and mentoring, staff supervision, process enhancement and representation of the RSO in its engagement with key stakeholders to influence the outcomes of relevant projects and contribute to the strategic direction of RSO Border Management, Transnational Crime and Counter Trafficking activities.
