Reporting to the RSO Co-Managers, the Chief of Unit will lead the Communications, Engagement, Monitoring & Evaluation Unit, overseeing strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, trends and analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. As part of the RSO’s leadership team, the Chief of Unit will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure quality and coherence across outputs, and drive initiatives that strengthen internal coordination and organisational learning. The Chief of Unit will represent the RSO in high-level forums, lead strategic outreach, and support cross-cutting efforts to enhance the impact and visibility of RSO programmes.
