Swapnil is the Programme Manager for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting at the RSO. Swapnil joined the team in May 2025, and supports the RSO to showcase the impact of its programming, operationalize its capability development approach, and support the RSO’s research work.
Swapnil comes from the United Nations Development Programme where he was advising on disaster and climate preparedness and resilience programming and recovery planning and leading program monitoring and evaluation and donor engagement portfolios. Swapnil has also held a number of other roles including in Micronesia, Romania, Syria and Iraq establishing and monitoring development assistance, disaster and emergency response programmes.
