Immigration Officials’ Conference: Strengthening Cooperation to Address Trafficking for Forced Criminality and Related Transnational Crime

Co-organised by RSO and the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration (DGI), the three-day conference aims to develop shared understanding and strengthen operational responses to trafficking in persons linked to cyber-scam centres. It will bring together immigration authorities and other relevant law enforcement agencies from countries most affected by trafficking for forced criminality to provide a forum for information sharing, strengthen networking across countries and regions, and support discussion of longer-term immigration coordination in response to the cross-border movement of potential victims and perpetrators in the context of trafficking for forced criminality.
