Designed for Bali Process Member States, Observers and partners, the Hub brings together training manuals, research and policy publications, and other RSO knowledge products, making technical and practical resources on trafficking in persons, people smuggling and related transnational crime easier to find and use.

The Knowledge Hub, at present, includes:

• RSO Training Courses: course landing pages, trainer and participant manuals
• RSO Resources: practitioner guides, research and policy publications, and trends and insights reports
• Directory of Regional Mechanisms and Dialogues: a consolidated reference point for regional cooperation

Addressing Member States’ needs

The Knowledge Hub was developed in close consultation RSO Alumni, practitioners who have completed RSO training and work at the frontlines of counter-trafficking and transnational crime efforts across the region, ensuring the platform reflects what Members actually need and is structured for how they work.

At Alumni Camp 2025, an annual gathering of alumni who have participated in RSO trainings from across the region, alumni were invited to share what they wanted from RSO’s knowledge products. Their responses pointed to a clear preference for a standardised channel to receive information on key issues and trends affecting the region.

The RSO then worked closely with a group of practitioners identified at Alumni Camp to keep Member States involved throughout development, testing how RSO knowledge products should be presented and navigated to ensure the Hub met their needs.

The RSO thanks the RSO Alumni who contributed to the Hub’s development and welcomes continued feedback from Member States and partners as the platform grows.
