RSO publishes “Protecting Migrants at Sea” in Arabic, Bengali, Malay and Thai
The Regional Support Office of the Bali Process (RSO) has published the guide Protecting Migrants at Sea: a practical guide to fulfilling international obligations in four new languages – Arabic, Bengali, Malay and Thai.
The guide was developed in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to support efforts to strengthen operational capacity of States to protect migrants at sea, and is a companion piece to the 2018 IOM publication Protection of Migrants at Sea.
The guide is already available in English and Indonesian – and all six versions can be downloaded here.
